Registration: Students will be considered registered when tuition is paid in full.

Repeat: A student may repeat a course for which they were enrolled, one (1) time for a ($100) charge, provided this is done within six (6) months of the original contract date, that space is available, and no increase in tuition has occurred. Any increase in tuition is due at the time of repeating and full tuition will be due if the contract has expired.

Tuition: See course schedules for tuition amounts and inclusions. Textbooks may be mailed in advance for a ten ($10) dollar shipping and handling fee.

Cancellation Policy: Pre-registered students who wish to withdraw prior to original course starting date may transfer one time to same course with full tuition credit, within six months.

Student may receive a refund less $50 non-refundable registration fee, provided “DMRES” is notified in writing five (5) business days prior to the beginning date of the originally scheduled course.

There is no refund of tuition past five business days prior to the originally scheduled course. In addition, no refund or credit will be given for textbook(s).

Tuition is valid only for the registered student and the course for which they have enrolled.

DMRES is unable to offer a refund for “no shows”.

For Real Estate Agent and Broker Licensing Courses: Tuition includes textbooks, class materials, and professional instruction. Students who pre-register will reserve their space and receive their textbooks and initial reading assignments. Broker course may be taken only after the Fundamentals of Real Estate (Salesperson) course is successfully completed.




Cancellation Policy: If you cancel one of our CE courses, we will be happy to carry your tuition forward for one year to another CE course. We are unable to offer refunds.

Transfer Policy: If you wish to cancel prior to class starting, you may transfer ONCE with full tuition credit, within the same CE period. (July 1, 2004 through June 10, 2005.) Walk-ins are welcome as space permits. There is an additional $10 per class walk-in fee. No shows will be assessed an additional $10 rescheduling fee.
